TERMs OF SERVICE
please note that you must be 18 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all terms of service as listed below
PAYMENT:
1. i have the rights to reject a commission if i feel uncomfortable or unable to work on it
2. all payment done through PAYPAL
3. I will only start on the sketch once FULL payment has been made
4. no refunds after payment is made
5. extra charge for major changes to sketch ( $5+ ) [ this does not apply to skeb commissions ]
process:
1. Sketch will be sent to u for approval [ this does not apply to skeb commissions ]
2. You are free to ask for progress of artwork anytime
3. can take 3 days to 1 month. please be patient!
4. File of artwork will be sent to u on the same platform commissioned was ordered
credits:
1. I retain all rights to the artwork
2. commissioned artwork is not permitted to be used as an NFT or cryptocurrency
3. commissioned artwork is not permitted to be uploaded into any type of AI software
4. when posting/using the commissioned piece, credits must be given. do not claim it as your own.
